Very cool 1936 Ford 5 Window Coupe. This car is All Steel and a all Ford driveline. No fiberglass or Chevy parts. Big Plus. It is powered by a rebuilt 302 4 bbl. backed by a C4 automatic and 8” Ford rear. It has a Mustang II front clip with rack and pinion steering, power disc brakes and front and rear coil over shocks. Everything still looks new. This car handles fantastic, haslots of power and stops on a dime. It also has power seats, power windows, tilt wheel, power antenna and a kick butt sound system. It was just tuned up and fluids were changed so it is ready to cruise. Very nicely done interior with overhead console, speakers are well placed and super comfortable seats. It sits on brand new tires and rims with 0 miles on them. Has a MSD distributer, main power kill switch under the dash, electric fan to keep it running cool, electric fuel pump, all LED exterior lights and more. This car was very well build, all of the welds and fabrication under the car were done by someone who really knows what they are doing. Electrical work is the same, nice, neat and everything works properly. All of the lights, blinkers, blinker indicators, brake lights, wiper and gauges work as they should. No horn, the wire is run to the front but horns were never installed. Now for the only negative. Although there is no rust issues with this car, there was some amateur body work done where as they should have done a bit more sanding. Most visible area is, to the left and right of the tail lights there is a narrow style of the body which falls between where all of the body lines come together. Please look at the pics, hard to describe. But those two small areas are the worst. There is no evidence that this was rust repair, but more like some ding and small dent repairs. The car is rock solid. I have included a few close up pics to try to show this area. Also the paint has a heavy metallic content and it looks like the guy wasn’t the best at laying it down metallic. Spraying heavy metallic paint takes skill. You can see inconsistencies in the flake content here and there and there are a few runs. Don’t get me wrong, the car is very nice, stand back a few feet and you won’t see any of this. Being a Ebay sale I feel that I have to describe it the best I can. It is an awesome driver, get in and enjoy. I’m not looking for 50K either. I included a few pics up in the wheel wells, and the underside to show it’s all steel and rock solid. This car also comes with a set of painted fiberglass fender skirts if you want to change the look a bit. I’ve never put them on. There is a crack in the pass. Door glass which is easily replaced, flat glass. The front window cranks out easily as does the hood cowl vent. I think that’s it.
