1960 Ford Thunderbird Coke Red California Square Bird Restored Cruiser! Additional Info:
You are looking at a tastefully restored "California Cruiser" that the whole family can enjoy! This gorgeous 1960 Ford Thunderbird Sport Coup has the right look
right out of American Graffiti!!!
It starts, drives and stops extremely well. It has a low mileage FE 352 with about 10k on it after a full rebuild. This classic has very good compression, oil pressure and "Loads of Power". The Motor has good water pump, new fuel pump, fresh carburetor rebuild, rebuilt power steering pump, summer radiator, AC complete but not blowing cold. The automatic transmission shifts well with a balanced drive-line, new u joints.
It has a mild shift kit and shifts firm. All 12V wiring functions well, new plug wires.
Purrs like a kitten, runs like a cheetah, and stays cool like Fonzi.
The body is straight and solid shot in Coca Cola Red with a two tone white roof that looks amazing cruising the Boulevard day or night. The beautiful new interior is very comfortable, Red and White wrap the plush seats, New OE headliner, matching dash and speaker tray, and a new Red carpet kit. The trunk is extremely clean with full sized spare. Many Kustom pieces and touches including custom dual exhaust with great sounding glasspacks. Very nice chrome grill, front bumper, and rear bumper.
Original Stainless and chrome hood ornament shows well.
This rare "Bird" rolls on 14" Radial Pinner White Wall Tires on 1965 Rally Wheels. The rear shackles have been flipped for a lower ride with new shocks, 9" rear end with fresh drum brakes, Stops on a dime. All of the glass is chip and crack free. Doors shut like new. All Power Windows roll up and down nicely. It is a older restoration, that said this
"One of a Kind" Hardtop has many new and upgraded parts, well over 20K invested!
In a nut shell this is classic T-Bird! Turn the key and go cruise! This is not a museum quality car rather it was built as a fun car for someone to just enjoy as a nice driver or take it to shows not a trailer queen by any means but it's a cool car. Any and every-time I drive this car I get nothing but waves, thumbs ups, conversation,
I cant come out of a store with out somebody standing there looking in!
This is a California car and always has been to the best of my knowledge. It is a good driver with clear CA title. Visible Vin and Body Tags. Drive as is or restore it,
must see to appreciate!!!
