We have just completed a top end motor rebuild.
The carburetor has also been rebuilt.
THE BODY: Had some dents, but almost rust free, except where the mice made nests. Has some mild custom touches to the body. Filled the tailgate, removed the bumpers, removed and filled all of the emblems. The car was built as a driver. It has a new "low dollar" paint job in the Original color. There was some minor body work done, that should have been finished better before it got sprayed. Same old story thought the guy was doing me a favor. But in the end you get what you pay for. There are a few small dents, one on the roof one at the rear corner of the hood, and a few very small ones. There is a chip in the paint on the rear roll pan, The driver door hinge pin is missing which caused a dent and chip in the door. The rear right quarter shows some course sanding scratches and a small hole in the skim coat of body filler. The vintage aftermarket fender skirts where painted on the car, so when removed you can see a somewhat unfinished lip in the wheel well. The skirts in general were not a perfect fit. But look good when on the car. There were a few small holes in the floor pan that were ground, rust treated, fiber glassed, and coated with a skim of seam sealer.
The car runs and drives well. It is currently out of inspection. The transmission has some small drips. The driver's seat has a few small holes in it.
**This not a high end show car. It does have some flaws. I encourage you to come by and look it over. Or send a representative to come see it in person. This is a fun, good looking, inexpensive car, which is always a head turner, and attention getter! You will look long and hard to find something this cool and clean for under 9K.
