galaxie 500/Hot Rod/Classic/Street Rod/Muscle Car/Rat Rod

1966 Ford Galaxie Additional Info:

This Galaxie 500 is a barn find, Was took out of a barn in Madison county in Virginia, Was told that it had been in there for 10 years, This car has a 352 V8 in it, with automatic transmission, has factory A/C still on it, The man I got it from in on trade drained the fuel tank, put new sending unit in gas tank , new fuel line to motor, new fuel pump, Also new plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotary button, put (used) but good shape radiator in it, battery, and got car running pretty good, carburetor needs to be rebuilt or replaced from sitting, (but not bad). He also replaced 1 or 2 brake lines, So brakes work fair, Drove car around the farm, then took it out on rode and drove for about a mile up and a mile back, transmission shifted good, exhaust is still good on car, Has some small rust spots starting on edges of doors, and little small spots here and there, but overall the body is in fair shape, the bad (I think) is the interior, Needs headliner, carpet, seats redone, new dash pad, Whole interior needs to be redone. Car would look good restored or a Rat Rod. I don't know a lot about car. I did not do none of the work on car. Car will start and can be driven but needs work. Located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
