1966 Ford Ranchero Base Additional Info:
1966 Ford Ranchero. 302 V8. Starts every time, runs, drives, brakes and sounds awesome.
Only surface oxidation, not structural rust whatsoever. I bought this in San Diego and it seems it's always been there.
Mechanically excellent: new brakes, carb rebuild, new muffler, all belts and hoses replaced, new battery, rebuilt steering gear - steers beautifully. Brand new tires. Matching Ranchero hubcaps with an extra for a spare. All original Ranchero badges in place. Horn, wipers, heat, turn signals and all the lights work. Dashboard light needs restoring, but I have the guy to do it for you.
Body is solid, one spot of what looks like bondo that needs sanding when you do the paint job. A paint job will increase the value incredibly - just didn't have time to do it. Interior is fine and intact, but upholstery needs attention...or not, this was a work truck for me while we were renovating a house. Bucket seats are super comfortable. Love it, but don't need it any more
Will throw in a set of Ford mag wheels that were on it when I bought it. I switched to a set of Ford steel wheels and found 1966 Ranchero Hubcaps
