1963 Ford Falcon original Additional Info:

1963 and a half Ford Futura convertible 260 V8 4 speed. Car retains the 260 v8 with original drivetrain. Some upgrades have been performed such as, Doug Thorley headers specific to the falcon/futura, new dual exhaust, 4 wheel vented disc power breaks, rebuilt rear end into 373 posi, Eddlebrock aluminium intake and 4bbl carb. All parts were bolt on and I still have the original manifold and carb, mstr cylinder, drum brakes, wheels, hub caps and differential. Car is dependable, fun to drive and extremely tight as the suspension and shocks were replaced with original equipment parts. Car was purchased from San Diego California and remains in California condition as it's never been driven in inclimate weather. Interior is original but the door tops, and dash have been repainted. The body panels floors, trunk etc etc are SOLID, no rust or rot anywhere. Any work that's been performed on the car, all bolts were removed with wrenches only. no heat or welding etc needed. The car is a blast to drive and a great cruiser that sounds awesome. Car has a snow white top that's in good condition. Paint is in good condition however there are a few scratches on the lower rocker panels on the passenger side from the seat belts. The car was repainted approximately 25 years ago and still has a good shine to it. There are minor scratches that could be addressed easily. I used the car most weekends to take my family for an icecream ride and trips to the seacoast. If you are a car person and looking for that special driver that's with stood the test of time, then this car does not disappoint. having been a serious car guy for over 30 years and owned many of cars from muscle cars to Brittish and Italian sports cars, this one is my favorite. The reason for selling is travel and family now occupy my time and I don't get a chance to enjoy it as much as I use to. I welcome any questions you may have.
