Stock, all steel, 1931 Model A Ford Narrow Bed Pickup that runs great, does not leak but needs total restoration. Other than small miscellaneous parts, the truck is complete. This is a good candidate for a hotrod, rat rod or stock restoration.
The body needs cab corners and patch panels on the rear of the cab and the passenger side door and cowl. The driver's side door and cowl are solid. The panel under the seat needs replaced. Both doors are very straight. The bodyneeds a wood kit which is readily available. Window frames are in place, but no glass. The bed needs small patch panels and comes with new oak bed sill set and new oak floor. The floor is from a wide bed pickup, so needs trimmed to fit. All fenders, kick aprons and running boardsneed body work. Wiring has only been installed to run the engine, so complete wiring will be required. The seat fits well andis thinner than stock, which accommodates a taller driver.
The stock chassis is very good, with a straight frame and good front end, good differential and very good running engine and quiet transmission(engine and transmissionrecently serviced).I have driven the truck several times, and there are nooil leaks.I have videos of the engine starting and the truck being driven, but I was unable to load in eBay photos. Contact me and I will send you the videos. All brake rods are in place and the brakes are functional. The radiator is solid and does not leak. Wheels and tires are stock 19" Model A.
The truck comes with a clear Nebraska title, which came with the truck when I acquired it. In addition, I will provide a bill of sale.
