1958 Ford Ranchero Additional Info:

Up for sale or trade is a really nice customized Ranchero. This muscle truck has a V8 351 cu.in. engine with an C6 automatic transmission, and is equipped with a console mounted B & M shifter. The engine has an Edelbrock aluminum intake and an Edelbrock four barrel carburator (with a manual choke), and dual exhausts. The wiring on the Ranchero looks to have been replaced with a painless wiring setup. The Ranchero sounds very nice and drives well, it has manual steering and the brakes are manual drums, they stop the car as they should. The truck has a total of (5) 16" American Racing polished aluminum Torque Thrust wheels, wider in the back and narrower in the front, and it has air shocks in the rear; this Ranchero has a very nice stance.
The interior is in excellent condition, it has been completely refurbished. The Ranchero has newer Ford bucket seats, they are very comfortable and give the driver of this car a great driving/seating position, the carpets are nice and cover most of the cab. The car has many cool features, including working power windows. It has a custom center console, with an aftermarket triple gauge package (volts, water temp., oil pressure), and a steering column mounted tachometer. All the gauges/lights work.....as do the wipers, horn, and radio.....even the heater works!
I purchased this truck out of Peachtree city, GA back in September 2014. The previous owner had informed me that he had replaced the starter, water pump, hoses, belts, air cleaner, battery, and some new wiring which, i have found to be true. I have personally had installed the upper and lower ball joint on passenger front, i do have the new upper and lower ball joint for the front driver, just haven't had the time to get around to installing them. The truck runs very good and, sounds great!...not too loud, not to quiet, and there is no better sound then the 4 barrel edelbrock opening as your pressing the pedal down! I've really enjoyed owning this truck, and almost forgot to mention...it is in garage kept condition. Sad to see it go but its time for something different.
I really like the custom look and paint style of this Ranchero. It looks very nice, even the bed has been painted to the same standard, with Rino bed liner for the heavy duty sections. The paint is of a nice driver quality, but being older it does have some wear, minor chips/scratches....most only visible close up. There are a couple of spots were the paint has blemished from age. The body is in very good solid condition as is the frame and suspension. The chrome looks good, but has not been refurbished and shows its age in places. This car is an older build (possibly 10+ years), and was nicely set up to be used and enjoyed. The Ranchero has a clean and clear Virginia title. If you have any questions or would like to come see the vehicle in person, you are welcome to call 757-397-2010 between the hours of 9am-5pm monday thru friday, and ask to speak with Wes or Ashley.
I am willing to trade only for another classic in equal or better condition!
