This is an extremely rare 1961 Fiat Jolly 500 made for the US market. It has just 4585 Actual Miles From New! It is a two owner car and has never before been offered for sale to the public. It was purchased new in 1961 by a gentleman in Kentucky who kept it in his garage. The second owner a collector from Indianapolis purchased it from the original owner in 2003. It was complete and just needed cosmetic help to... bring it back to perfection. He preceded to do an excellent and correct restoration on it. The motor is original and numbers matching. It only needed a few gaskets and a clutch to bring it back to life. The body was completely disassembled and stripped and showed that the car never had any rust ever! It was completely refinished in it's original and highly desirable Coral with a Coral and White surrey top. The wicker seats were also correctly and beautifully restored to their original condition. It even still has it's original spare tire and factory tool kit! These Jolly's were developed and made by Ghia at the request of then Fiat chairman Gianni Agnelli to use around his yacht. They became the thing to have for many European and American dignitaries and celebrities. This example would make a great addition to any serious collection or as part of an automotive investment portfolio!!!!
