It has been sitting for 14 years. It did run back then but the carb jets kept clogging. It most likely need the fuel tank cleaned out and the new carb that I have installed.
It has a little bit of rust around the the windshield and lots of tree sap on the paint. It doesn't currently run, but it was running when I parked it.
The only rust that I saw is around the windshield. No rust that I could see in the rear trunk area/engine compartment. This is a New Mexico/Arizona car so there shouldn't be much rust.
I was able to turn the engine easily from the crank nut. The front of the car from just past of the windshield has been replaced. (new nose welded on) It did drive straight back when it ran. The car has had at lease two paint jobs. Not sure why the front of the car was replaced. (accident maybe? - previous owner) I don't know of any other accident damage.
The tires are worn out but hold air. The car does roll. The whole rear suspension was replaced with the suspension from a 5-speed car.
The parts on the car and included are worth more than $1,500 easily.
