1973 Dodge Charger SE 440 solid western car ***NO RESERVE***

1973 Dodge Charger Additional Info:

Selling at NO RESERVE 1973 Charger SE original big block 400 car, upgraded to 1968 350hp 440 engine.***NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING/DRIVING***This Charger was built locally about 20 years ago from a lower mile straight and solid factory big block (400) car. Originally silver, it was repainted Alpine White and a 1968 350hp 440 was installed, along with the power bulge hood and dual snorkel air cleaner from a 72 Charger Rallye.A buddy drove this car here in town and then parked it when a critter chewed a few wires near the carb in the engine harness and a couple of plug wires. He had just put a complete Flowmaster exhaust on it before that happened. He never got around to fixing it, and it just sat for several years. I put a good battery in it (included) and it whirls over fine on the starter but no spark currently. You know the drill, it ran great when parked! Will need fuel system refresh as I'm sure whatever fuel was in it is now stale. Brakes work but pedal is soft, you have to pump it a few times before it firms up. Factory Magnum 500 wheels are in good shape as is the hard-to-find front bumper. This was a factory A/C car but most of the A/C components were removed during the engine swap.It does have a few small rust spots as seen in pics(go to FLICKR album linked below for close-ups), but nothing horrible and SO much better than the midwest or eastern cars with their sitting-at-the-bottom-of-a-lake rot. Floors look great (I didn't pull carpets) and trunk is super solid for one of these cars. This car never saw salt, and it was parked before the liquid de-icer nonsense started here 10-12 years ago. Roof looks fine with light surface rust, thankfully the vinyl top baked off before moisture could collect underneath it and rot the roof as so often happens.I did replace the rear tires with new, not for the obvious reason but because the rear tires on it were chalky old bias-ply studded snows. Fronts looked ok so I left them. Interior is clean with no funky smells.Please see my feedback, I've been on eBay for many years and have always had 100 percent positive feedback.

Location/Shipping: Pickup will be in Helena, MT 59602, which is near the junction of Interstate 15 and Interstate 90. Transportation is at the expense and arrangement of the BUYER, but I will work with your transporter for loading, meet up, etc. Please research transportation options before purchasing. Specify that the car is non-op when requesting a quote.

Payment: Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 non-refundable PayPal deposit is due immediately at auction end. The remainder is due via bank wire within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
