A real sleeper, the Polara was just above the Dart 440 and 330 in the model range and featured real V8 power. This particular example was born with a 383ci V8 but now has a 426ci Max Wedge V8, also available in the Polara 500. This example wears a light beige paint job complimented by a matching two-tone white and blue upholstery. The Polara has a unique push button automatic transmission on the dash and has been modified with an aftermarket tachometer and oil pressure gauge. New interior was installed including new dash pad, trunk accent and other trim from Legendary Interiors. The Polara 500 was considered a sporty version of Polara due to its bucket seats and center armrest.
