Vehicle Details

1967 Monaco 500. Factory L code HP 440. 375 horse. 75k orig mi. Orig drivetrain. 1 of 286 Monaco 500's that left the factory w/ the HP 440 /auto in 67 so it's a pretty rare car.

L code 440 came w/ chrome valve covers, bigger valved 915 closed combustion chamber heads, HP manifolds w/dual exhaust, AFB carb & a factory lumpy cam.

3.23 gears w/ sure grip, HD 727 & HD cooling were also part of the L-code package. Factory power disc brakes on front. Power steering, tilt/telescopic wheel, rear defrost, interior wicker trim package.

Bigger front sway ba, HD torsion bars & rear leaf springs.

Car has factory AC. Currently doesn't blow cold. Compressor works. I ran some R-12 through it. Kept freezing the expansion valve so I have a new expansion valve, a new dryer (old one may be plugged). Clean, straight, rust free. Still has beautiful factory carpet in trunk area. I have the factory steel wheels w/disc brake caps as well. Fender tag & broadcast sheet intact. Excellent driving vehicle. Have videos of car I can send. Trades considered.
