AZ CAR

This is cool survivor thats been here in Az pretty
much its whole life. It was also parked back in 03
where it sat undercover.

We suggest viewing our auction on normal monitors
or tablet to get the most out of our large hi-def pics.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
1972 Dodge Monaco basically all original. The recent
owner said the motor was gone thru back in the 90s.
It was her dads car. Odometer shows about 75k on it
and overall it kinda looks like it could be original.
Her dad owned it for many yrs, maybe since new.
Its been in Az so with a little heat and sun damage to
the paint and interior, it didnt get the usual rot most
cars get that are this old. The vinyl top is coming apart.
Her dad tried painting it so it wasnt so obivious. Its
not pretty up close haha. She did say they repainted
most or part of the pass side of the car back in the
early 90s from a minor accident. I believe rest of the
blue paint you see is original. Its a little dry and dull
but may be able to be buffed out.
At the moment I have it running off a small container
of fresh gas under the hood. Not sure I trust whats in
the tank. Its been sitting since like 04. It starts with the
key all the time and sits there and idles like it should.
Ive been moving it around the yard this way.
Motor sounds good and Ive driven it around the block
like this. Brakes are fine. Comes with a small stack of
receipts from work done over the yrs.

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people
who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules.
So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
Up for Auction: LOW FAIR RESERVE !!!
These cars are getting harder to find esp in this condition
that are still affordable to most buyers.
WANNA BUY IT NOW ? SURE, shoot me a fair offer

DRIVETRAIN: the factory 400 2v V8 starts and runs well.
Trans and brakes work fine too. Sometimes the starter acts up
but think thats typical with Chrysler starters when they get old.
Id drop the tank and maybe clean it out before hooking up
the fuel system to the carb. Factory AC car too.
Very original and untouched under the hood. Fan shroud is
broken, I do know that.

INTERIOR: take a look, for the most part the car is in really
nice shape inside, and for its age shows very well.
Door panels, etc are all in nice shape for a 72. Biggest issue
is the cracked dash pad. Still very original inside and has
held up pretty well. Its been in a garage or under a carport most
of its life when not on the road.
Original AM radio etc too, making it unmolested inside too.
Zero rust on the floors and rockers inside.
In the trunk is very nice too, until you look under the factory trunk
mat, thats the only real rot or rust Ive found on the car. There is
some evidence of moisture that was trapped under the mat off and
On over the years, and it got some damage there.

EXTERIOR:the body and paint in very nice shape esp for
its age. Most of the blue paint looks to be original, but I know
that it had paint and body work done back in the 80s on the
pass side. It may be able to be cut and buffed back to life.
Its a little dry and dull. Chrome is in amazing shape for its age.
Hide-A-Way headlights want to work, but the motor is clicking
all the time, so we unplugged it. At the moment they dont like
to align properly. For the pics I propped them up some for now
so they wouldnt sag down.

SUSPENSION:the suspension looks normal and very original
for its age.I see normal wear n tear at best
and OEM components where they belong too. Thanks to being in
AZ and the desert climate, there are no
signs of any rust or rot under this car. Its goes down the road
like you are on a cushion of air :) the way it was intended.
Tires look okay, and may be okay for around town or short trips
but they are old with alot of tread left.

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 9" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.

There you have it, probably The BEST represented Mopars shown here on Ebay.

Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you them
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks.
Having as much as the original steel on a restored car
speaks volumes.
Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what
surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please

Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car
they are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy esp
long distance. Our auctions are very detailed.
With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER
with great pics to help making your decision easier.
Along with ANY other questions you may have.
