1968 Dodge Charger Additional Info:
NO RESERVE. Survivor. Numbers matching. Mostly original. The Hagerty classic car valuation tool has this car listed at $33,500 in fair condition. With + 20% for the 4 speed it comes out to $40,200 (see picture). Their description for fair condition is: " #4 vehicles are daily drivers, with flaws visible to the naked eye. The chrome might have pitting or scratches, the windshield might be chipped. Paintwork is imperfect, and perhaps the body has a minor dent. Split seams or a cracked dash, where applicable, might be present. No major parts are missing, but the wheels could differ from the originals, or other non- stock additions might be present. A #4 vehicle can also be a deteriorated restoration. "Fair" is the one word that describes a #4 vehicle." Great driver car or restoration project. Fully restored this is easily a 6 figure car. I've added some more info based on some of the questions I've received so far. The paint needs attention to be a show car. Good "20 footer". Older repaint. Many scratches, and chips all over as shown in pics. Rear deck stripes and vinyl top are starting to fade. Underbody was spray coated by a previous owner. There is no fender tag on the car. I'm guessing it was taken off and never replaced when the car was repainted by a previous owner. I can take any specific pictures as needed. I also have a 5 minute start up and walk around video I can send to an email address. I have no provenance or paperwork on the vehicle prior to my ownership. I have the clear title in hand and the paperwork from the mechanical repairs I've had done. The auxiliary fan on the radiator is on a switch to keep temps low. I am not able to add more pictures but the Hagerty valuation tool is available on their website. The average retail value as listed on the NADA classic car guide with a 4 speed and 440 engine is currently listed at $42,000 I will add any more pertinent info as I think of it or as people ask.
