This Charger doesn't have a VIN tag, title, or fender tag. If you want a race car project, donor, etc.....
This Dodge Charger shell is a huge project but it would be ideal as a race car or donor. The front 2/3rds of thisChargeris quite solid....but the back 1/3rd needs completely rebuilt. The front frame rails, rockers, door jams, and hood hinge areas are solid. The torsion bar cross member is solid except for the very end on the passenger side (see pictures). Thecabin floor panwill needpatched or replaced. A previous owner removed the trunk floor pans, but then while hauling the car (some time later), someone got carried away while strapping the rear frame rails down and when loading/unloading the car. Since the rear frame rails were unsupported/not welded to anything, the previous ownerbent the unsupported portion of the rear frame rails. So the rear frame rails will need replaced. They are still straight from the rear axle forward since that portion is still welded to the floor pan (see pictures). The trunk pan, rear frame rails, bothquarter panels, and tail panel will all need replaced. It does not have an instrument cluster, seats, drivetrain, rear suspension, etc. The front fenders are fiberglass and will need some work. I don’t have an engine, transmission, radiator, interior, etc. The hood has a dent on the leading edge but it's super solid and not eaten up with rust. The rear deck lid has a dent on the trailing edge but it's solid as well. The doors are from a 1969 and are solid. The heater box is still on the firewall. There is a driveshaft inside. What you see attached to the car and in the parts lot pictures is what is included inthe auction. The two window glass pieces in the pictures arefor the same side. There parts in the cabin andon the grass (in the pictures) are included. It doesn't have a title, VIN plate, or fender tag. It looks like it was a 1970 to begin with but you could make it a 1968, 1969, or 1970 if you like since the only differences were sheet metal related. The front tires in the picture are wheels I pulled fromanother car so I could move this Charger around. Once we load the car on your trailer, I will reinstall the wheels and tires that were on the car when I bought it.
The car is rough and a huge project but where elsecan you finda cheap 2ndgenerationCharger for cheap? Car must be paid for with cash; I WILL NOT do Paypal, cashiers's check, wire transfer, etc. The car must be picked up (in person) within 10 days of auction's end. I can help you load it on your flatbed trailer.
