1951 Dodge Power Wagon Additional Info:
Attention collectors: 1 OF 5 open cab ffpw's made by Van Pelt fire apparatus. 1951 Dodge Power Wagon Convertible/Open Cab built by legendary fire apparatus company P.E. Van Pelt. The most expensive of the 5 made, according to internal company documents. I have the build sheet from Van Pelt on this truck..........also black and white original photos of truck. Only one of the 5 with the squirrel tail hardline wrap, around hose option, dual powered hose reels, and optional high visibility windshield. This is a factory convertible...not a pick up,truck, that was cut down into a convertible. Frame of resto. Truck looks stunning. Recently crossed the block at Mecum Dallas 2016 for 75,000. Wasn't quite enough, the reserve was left in place. So,here is you opportunity to own the "Hemi Cuda convertible of the power wagon world". As all questions before bidding, funds due with wire transfer with 4 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE. So have your $ ready before you bid. As is condition, all sales final. Good luck bidders!!!
