240z datsun project

1972 Datsun Z-Series 240z Additional Info:

Selling this 1972 240z wide body G nose non running but exquisite PROJECT CAR. This was a barn find I found it locally in ca valley so the car is solid not rusty I already had a project car but it was just to cool to pass up its just been sitting in my garage.. now looking to buy a home so need to sell. Its just how i found it except the drive train was out and in pieces i put it back in. (temp) to make it easier to transport So the motor will need to be gone over as well as all the systems ( brakes, electrical, ect ect ) Do to the car being a barn find i do not know full history or specs. but you can see this car was loved and highly modified by its past owner at one time. The car was last registered in 1998 . I have took the plates and bill of sale to DMV and got a clean CA non op title and pink slip. so NO NEED to stress with DMV and piece of mind. that this project has No back fees and all is CA legit to continue build.. Has a roll bar. had insulation glued at back trunk area i removed it to show solid floors. triple Japanese Mikuni cards, header, huge deep dish wheels .when i lifted the back i moved each rear wheel independently and the opposite wheel mirrors the exact movement so i think it has a LSD rear diff. Pics show more than decent interior and exterior body condition, nice glass. The front lower lip and areas near head lights have some fiberglass damage but unlike rust... fiberglass can be repaired much easier. some of this damage was caused by the tow truck retrieval. there is also a small amount of metal folded edge along the top of rear deck lid can be easily hammered back straight. the rear deck lid is also missing the gas support struts that aid in opening and holding its weight..And i have no keys at all for it..It will come with its loose parts and both ca license plate, tires hold ai, I can help load it up as it will need to be towed, located in Modesto ca . Sold as is with no warranty and no returns.

rear tires are 345/35 zr 15 front are 265/50 r 15... trans is a 5 speed all shifts feel smooth ..have not found or seen any cancer or rust hole, very solid body. paint has small amount of pearl flake so it has slight color changes with light (greens,blues,purples)
