This is a 1968 Chrysler Imperial Crown. I purchased this car last year and had 5 new white wall tires put on and new rear brakes.
The car start right up and runs down the road great. The 440 has plenty of power to run down the highway at the speed limit, and higher, with no problem. It rides so smooth that 100mph feels like 50mph.
The transmission shifts like it should and does not slip and no vibrations.
The brakes stop perfectly with the fronts being factory disc and the rears are drum.
The power steering works perfect.
The electric window all work.
The rear air works.
The factory radio works and so does the electric antenna.
The air conditioner does not work, it worked when I purchasedthe carbut the unit under the dash needs replaced. The fan stuck on and when I was trying to get it off I broke the plastic unit.
There is adrip from the motor and transmission now and then. The transmission looks like it drips around the pan and the engine looks like it needs valve cover gaskets.
This car is sold as is without any warranty. I suggest you take a look at it before youbid.
This car is for sale locally and I have the right to end this auction anytime.
Thank you and good luck.
