You are bidding on an exceptionally nice 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. This car is equipped with the rare and desirablesolid lifter 327/365HP engine, a four speed transmission, and an AM/FM radio. There were only 7171 327/365HP Corvettes built in 1964!
This car went thorough a completeframe offrestoration approximately 10-15 years ago, and wasfreshenedup and detailed recently. The body has been nicely refinished in the proper color, and itretains a verynice quality that does not appear to be more than a few years old. I cannot find any evidence of panel replacement anywhere on the car, and the bonding strips are in all four corners of the car. Great panel gap and fitment/margins throughout as the pictures demonstrate!
This car is trim tag correct Silver Blue (one of 3121 painted this color), withdark Blueinterior. The interior is in excellent condition. The underhood is highly detailed, with correct finishes, hardware, etc. The original underdash VIN and trim tags are both in place. The black "dots" picturedon the VIN tag are me editing the photo so that the last two digits of the VIN are not visible as I typically do not put the full VIN on my Corvette auctions.
The car retains it's ORIGINAL VIN numbered engine and transmission and I have pictures of both stampings on the engine and transmission I can email. The correct carb/intake are also in place. The underside is very clean, and nicely detailed. I cannot find any evidence of rust repairs, or patches in the frame as often found. The car was clearly a frame off restoration when you look at the hardware underneath. The only thing I would do to the car is clean up and/or paint some of the bare metal components (coil springs, small steering components, etc), which have a light flash rust that happens on bare metal pieces if you don't clear/treat them. The exhaust also has a very light surface rust, but again, the underside is nicer than 90% of the cars you will find detail-wise! The car is tight, and it runs and drives out great! This is an excellent opportunity for a highly collectible Corvette that you can drive/show/enjoy and watch it continue to appreciate!
I have a file of pictures more pictures I can send out that include additional detail and undersideviews, the engine and transmission stampings. Contact me and I can send these to you if you'd like to see more.

Even though I left the "Make An Offer" link on this auction, I have it listed very close to, if not AT my bottom buck. Thanks!
I also have a 1964 Silver Blue/Blue 365HP CONVERTIBLE which I will be listing in the coming days. If you want a his/hers matching set, we can arrange that!
I have been a licensed collector car dealer in Ohio for over 25 years, and I describe my cars fairly and accurately. I have sold well over 200 straight axle, mid-year, and steel bumper Corvettes, Camaros, Tbirds, Mustangs, etc. You are welcome to send me a message and I will be happy to call you to discuss any questions you may have.
The mileage is marked "actual" on the previous title, so it's my belief that the mileage may be accurate at 39,000, but on old vehicles, it's often hard to say for certain. This vehicle is sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. I have a clear title in hand.
Serious interest only. The car is located in Galena Ohio (Columbus Ohio area). Shipping can be arranged anywhere in the US, or overseas.
Thanks for looking and email with any questions.
