Seven Hills Motorcars is very proud to offer this spectacular 1966 Corvette Sting Ray Coupe in beautiful condition. It looks amazing in blue, runs great, and is an excellent driver that is ready to be enjoyed. This Corvette is priced to sell, always turns heads, and gets a TON of attention going down the road. The car is finished in the beautiful and highly desirable color combination of Blue over Bright Blue Vinyl. Please peruse all of the photos, numbers, video, and information below to get a true sense of how nice, clean, and striking this Corvette really is.
In addition to the fantastic color combination this car is very well optioned with sidepipes and knock off wheels. It also has a modern air conditioning system installed that works well and blows cold. These modern air conditioning systems are much much more efficient that the original air conditioning from 1966 and do a considerably better job of keeping the passenger compartment cool. Also, the system is very discretely installed and almost looks like it came with the car stock.
This Sting Ray comes with a wealth of records for service and maintenance over the years that are pictured below. The receipts total over $13,000. There is a stamping with last six digits of the VIN on the engine pad and pictured below; please view the breakdown of numbers below for more information on the numbers.
The Corvette is dressed and detailed as an L79 327ci 350hp model. It has many L79 components and looks like an L79 under the hood with Corvette seven finn aluminum valve covers and a correct 3890490 winters aluminum intake manifold for a 327ci 350hp L79 1966 Sting Ray. The tach is for a 350hp Corvette with a 6000 rpm redline and the backside of the gauge cluster has the correct sticker with "LC" on it for an L79 350hp. It also has a 1111156 distributor that is dated January 1966, which is also correct for a 1966 L79.
As a side note, this Corvette is not a dealer auction vehicle. We hand pick each car after careful inspection. Our Corvettes come from owners who expect their cars to go to someone that will give the vehicle the same care and attention as they did. We invite and encourage you to examine the car in person or have the car inspected. Please take the time to scrutinize each picture. We photograph each vehicle to the greatest extent so you can feel confident about your purchase. If you have a question about the Corvette, just give us a call.
