Here's a little hot rod for all you boys and girls out there. This post war 1948 Chevrolet Stylemaster Business Couple was pulled out of a Northern California barn in 2009. The handy and mechanically inclined 2nd owner installed a 327 from a 78 or 79 Camaro. Stuffed with a R/V cam and Street Avenger Holley Carburetor this hot rod is a highway cruiser with plenty of low end torque. The 350 turbo hydramatic transmission shifts firm and precise with a 3200 stall converter with no leaks or issues and less then 5k miles since the rebuild. A bullet proof Dana 60 in the rear rounds out this power plant. The interior is very original with original upholstery, door panels,steering wheel and dash. The braking system is original as well as the suspension besides the new shocks in the rear. Few blemishes exist in the paint work and chrome.
