This is an unrestored, unmolested 1969 Chevelle L78 4 speed with a build sheet. Sitting for over 30 years, I obtained this car with intent to build a survivor- drive, Now I believe the car deserves a full restoration, but I'm buried in another carat this time. Car maintains its Factory Tach and gauges. The Muncie M21 and 12 Bolt rear end are original to the car. The original engine is gone but included with the car is a correctly dated "JD" block. Also included are the correct following parts with correct dates; Intake and Exhaust manifolds, Holley Carb, Distributor, water pump, fan blade, valve covers, air cleaner housing, tire jack, 2 NOS Fenders, 1 NOS quarter panel, and much more I'll list later. Per the build sheet, this car was born with Chambered Exhaust but long gone.
The car was undercoated early in its life so there is no rust on the floors, frame or trunk pan. There is rust on the lower fenders and quarters. In my opinion, I wouldn't cut up this car with new quarters, I'd spend the time to repair them. The doors fit perfect and shut perfect. Everything lines up perfect. The date codes on the quarters remain. Why butcher them? There is also rust around the rear window channel, all repairable. All the chrome trim is in great condition. All the glass appears original. Original "T3" headlamps. The front seat is in poor condition; the rear is worse.
Please contact me with any questions or offers you may have. The car has been parked for over 30 years. If it doesn't sell, she'll wait for me another 8 months or so.
