1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe finished in arguably the best colour combination of India Ivory over Twilight Turquoise, complimented with a matching two tone interior. A simply stunning car in every way and perhaps one of the most iconic designs of all things Americana. This car was subject to a full restoration several years ago and kept garaged as part of a private collection until the owners passing and his family liquidated his estate. As such the car is completely solid with no evidence of corrosion anywhere.

It has its original numbers matching 265cu 4 barrel motor with a two speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The interior is simply stunning and presents as new. The chrome and glass are perfect. She also has the rare double lip front bumper. The car has recently been re-commissioned having been in storage for some time with new fluids, regulator and battery. Overall, this is a beautiful car in as new condition with hardly any imperfections to mention, the only exceptions I can see are there is a slight paint flaw on the bonnet which is hard to see and could easily be remedied with paint correction, the radio, clock and wipers are currently not working.She starts on the first turn, drives impeccably well and the engine pulls strongly with no smoke. The steering tracks true and straight,there are no rattles or squeaks and the brakes pull up nice and straight. Probably one of the best originally restored Bel Airs I have had the pleasure of driving..a real head turner and sure to bring a smile to its next custodians face!
