OWNERSHIP HISTORY

The car has been garage stored for the vast majority of the last 40 years (with restoration started) and driven only a couple hundred miles during that time. I bought the car in 1988. When I bought it, the prior owner advised (and confirmed in the Bill of Sale) that (1) at that time, the car had been garage stored for several years with restoration started, (2) the engine was then recently rebuilt, and (3) the car was driven approximately 100 miles after the rebuild. I drove the vehicle about 95 miles intermittently between 1988 and 1994, while beginning restoration work. The car ran strong then but has been stored and not driven since 1994.

CONDITION

The car is clean, original and unmolested. Based upon what I can see, the frame and body condition are as follows:

·The frame has surface rust, but appears solid, except the piece that supports the radiator has some holes. Birdcage condition unknown.

·The body is solid and there is no damage. The prior owner advised the car had no accident history and there has been none since I owned the car. There is a little rust on the bottom, inside of the passenger door.
