1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Restomod Additional Info:
With big block power under the hood and a super-slick appearance, this 1957 Chevrolet 210 restomod looks and sounds like a true speed machine. But while you'll love the aggressive outside, we bet you'll also love the custom and comfy A/C interior. So this one creates an iconic package that leaves you wanting for nothing.
This two-door grabs all the right attention. There's less than 2k miles on the whole build, and so everything looks quite fresh. That's especially true for the paint. It's a deep blue with a modern metallic luster and plenty of clearcoat on top. So when the sunlight hits the exceptional sheetmetal, it loves to highlight those iconic curves even better than these Chevy could have from day one out of the factory. All the ionic brightwork pieces you love are shining, too, including the dual jet-age hood ornaments, all that window trim, and the extra wide grille that looks like a V8 smile. Plus, this has been upgraded to the Bel Air's full-length side trim just so this icon can deliver the proper nostalgia. Of course the shining Shott alloys with their aggressive 18/20 inch front/rear stagger also announce that this true classic is also holding plenty of modern muscle.
This might be a legend of the 1950s, but the moment you open the door, you see a very modern level of comfort. It starts with a set of terrific leather bucket seats for both the front AND rear. The modern tobacco brown inside looks smart against the deep blue exterior, and so it's nice to not only have it on the seats, but also the headliner, carpeting, dash, trunk, and custom door panels for a very uniform appearance. There's even a custom color matched center console. It houses terrific upgrades like the air conditioning controls, cup holders, and AM/FM/CD/XM stereo touchscreen interface with Bluetooth. The steering wheel has a vintage look, but it's actually a small diameter grippy unit. Plus, there's power steering and a handy tilt steering column. And beyond that is a nicely integrated full Classics Instruments gauge package.
The Tri-Five Chevys might be famous for launching the small block V8s, but this one proves that the big blocks fit in the engine bay, too. This 454 cubic-inch motor is just as fresh as the rest of this build. It's show-ready with a ton of polished components and a big block radiating underneath it. And when you look beyond the shine, you'll also see some serious performance substance. You have a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, and Hedman long tube headers add power to this big block while also contributing to the rumble of the H-pipe dual exhaust. And while this is powerful, don't forget to check out the quality supporting components, too, like the CPP brake booster and aluminum radiator w/temp controlled electric cooling fans. The upgrade to a five-speed manual transmission puts the control of this big block power and subtly sweet soundtrack firmly in your hands. As you look underneath, it proves how fresh this build is over every inch. Plus, you'll spot great upgrades, like the Mustang II-style front end with tubular control arms, four-link rear, adjustable QA1 coilovers, and four-wheel disc brakes.
This is an all-around terrific custom that's built for powerful drives that are also comfortable. And it has the looks to take home awards wherever you part it. So if you want it all, you just need to call today!
