He has always kept this rare Truck inside, rarely ever took it out even to shows. Jim Carter purchased this C.O.E. in 1992. In very good shape. SHE IS KNOWN AS THE BLUE HOOKER AND CAN MATCH THE POWER OF ANY 2-TON WRECKER. Life began as a 5100 MODEL and, was built at th Kansas city Plant by General Motors.
