1970 Chevrolet C-10 Additional Info:
We are parting ways with our project C10 pro touring short bed. This is a one of a kind, custom built and fabricated truck with the following: - TCI complete front and rear pro-touring suspension with over 120 man hours of fabrication into the frame. - Front and Rear Disc Brakes - RideTech Coil Overs - Completely rebuilt factory 12 Bolt with Eaton Posi with 3.73 gears. Went that route because of T56 initially installed but would work great with a 4L80 as well. - US Mags 20x8 (w/245/45/20 tires) in Front, 20x9.5 (w/275/40/20) in Rear. - Complete C-Notch in rear, and custom frame additions and front end new drop member and tubular a-arms set up for an LS Engine Swap. - CCP Aluminum 21G rear mounted gas tank with AN lines. - MSD 51psi LS remote fuel pump on the rails with Corvette style filter/regulator. - Full steel brake lines, with line lock fabricated in-line for emergency brake. - Body of Truck is in pretty decent shape, maybe 2-3 areas need to be fixed with patches (previous owner did a bad patch on left cab). Body is currently primered. - Bed is in usable shape, but would replace the floor of the bed just because it has been used as a truck. For show quality you'd want to replace. - Wilwood Master Cylinder, and PSI Brake Booster. - Completely rewired harnesses using new age insulated connectors for quick connect if any part of the body had to be removed. - TCI line lock installed as our Parking Brake setup because the truck will only sit about 7-8" off the ground when finished, and no room for the original e-brake setup. **LS1 in pictures does not come with the vehicle that was sold. About the Project: This truck has the frame off ready for someone to send the body parts to paint, drop an LS Drivetrain in it, get a new driveshaft made, then drop the body back on it, do the interior and be in a gorgeous unique truck. We were one of the first to do this swap on a C10, and i know there aren't more than a half dozen with this setup. We had a client lined up to buy this truck as being built but the client went through a divorce (of course) and had to cut the project and the cash flow off. This truck would be a $100K truck if done correctly. $22,000 buys the truck as is. Please serious customers only. Don't ask if i can break apart into parts. Anyone looking to build one of these original short beds, understands the costs of fabrication involved. All fab work done by my fabricator Rudy Ludeke for our shop @FastForwardGarage
