1957 Chevrolet Other Pickups Additional Info:

1957 Chevy Big Window Truck.
I bought this car from California. California truck with very little rust ( just surface rust). I have California title and a bill of sale.
Original drivetrain, gas tank, and steering column have been removed. All other original parts, body parts, emblems, tailgate, front bumper are included.
The rear bumper shown in the photo has been removed ( it was not an original bumper) and is not included in the sale.
After getting the truck I did the following:
Professionally installed corvette front suspensionProfessionally installed 5 link rear suspension ( I did not install the coil overs yet)Shaved the gas tank fillerreplaced lower door panels. These were rusted out at the bottom, which is common on these trucks.Removed interior gas tankRemoved seat, but is included with the saleRemoved steering column and original motor and trans ( not included with sale)Installed a 5.7 liter from a 2000 chevy Z28 with Auto Transmission. Motor is untested from a wreck, but should be OK with a little work.Stripped and primed the fenders.Started work on the bed.Frame is straight and boxed in the areas of the suspension work.
Cab in GREAT shape. Needs a little body work at the rear corners, like all of these trucks do. Floor is in GREAT shape. Dash in Great shape. Good glass.
Also included are a new window door seal kit, all new bolting hardware to mount all of the fenders, cab, etc,, teardrop tailights to mount on the rear fenders, and a rear truck bumper panel
I've been TOO BUSY with other projects and I just do not have the time to finish.
I've got over 14,000 invested in this truck, but will let it go for much less than that. This is a great project and will be a hell of a truck when finished.
