1985 Chevrolet G20 Van Additional Info:

Tequila sunrise !!!! My Very cool 1985 g10 van that has mid 70’s grill and bumper to appear as a 70’s cool van !!! I bought this about 8 years ago in very good shape with just over 10k miles on the Odom (which I believe 110k though itappeared to be wayyyy lesss ) with no rust neverHad rust .... I looked for a few years before nailing down the right van for my Harley parts “shop” vehicle !!!

Van was original paint inside and out with all original Undamaged sheetmetal and was a very good canvas for the custom paint job I put on it about 6 years ago .... it’s all sherwin williams vibrancy candys (apple re, blood orang, Lemon gold) over brilliant silver base and 4 coats of ppg concept clear and was sanded and 3 more coats added !!!
At the same time as paint I added a new set of side pipes and cragar wheels and tires (tires were replaced again last summer) .... inside is very minimal as I’m not very crafty with wood work but it has work great the times me and my wife have traveled to a swap meet to buy or sale small parts and slept inside !!!! Engine is the original carbureted 305 with the th350c (lock up converter trans) all original with exception of the Edelbrock carburetor .... always runs good and gets 13-15 mpg average at highway speeds with a little wait in the rear as I’m generally hauling some Harley parts in totes in the rear area .....
Front is lowered with a 2.5” lowering spindle and I added new ball joints at that time and everything else checked out great .... rear has air shocks to assist with added cargo weight or the wood and anything we need to haul ....
I just in the last year added a set of full slidin, reclining and swiveling bucket seats I had my upholstery guy add some sweet “English pub” brown vinyl too !!!! Carpet is a few years old but still looks nice as van is ever drove on weekends couple times a month at best !!!
I have put about 15k miles on this over the last 8 years and have had it to several shows and swap meets across the Midwest and the the paint is nice it has some imperfections I have tried to point out ... mostly a few chips from rocks on the harsh highway and there is a few other discoloration bubble spots in a few places .... not noticeable from more than a few feet .....
I don’t do much painting or custom paint work any more (so I’m unable to) but I have talked to a couple local custom sign painters and they said they are up for lettering the sides in something different if u don’t have some one in your area and want it to say something more personal ....
U will need to arrange shipping but I have a couple open carriers I work with and could pass there number ..... and I could certainly pick u up at Tulsa airport and it would easily cruise home anywhere in the 48 states !!!
I’m sure there is something I am forgetting and will update the description as I think of it !!!
Clean clear open title in my name !!!
