If you were to spare no expense building your dream custom vintage truck, it would turn out like this 1955 Chevrolet 3100 restomod pickup. With an amazing paintwork, a luxurious A/C interior, a show-worthy powerful V8 under the hood, and so much more, you get the best of everything. You could get black from the factory in '55, but no one was doing a cool modern satin finish like this. And with less than 55 miles on...the build, it looks fantastic. It's the perfect way to announce the performance and custom attitude this truck brings to the streets. The unique way the light dances off of the new-for-1955 style really brings a fresh dimension to the sheet metal. This paint also makes a wonderful contrast to all the high-polish pieces like the bumpers, grille, badges, bezels, handles, and even in-between the slats for the real wood truck bed. Take some time to look at the details, like how the red Chevy logo up front nicely matches the lettering on the side badges. And yes, this has the sought-after big wraparound rear glass. They also took their time to blend in the performance upgrades. After all, Chevy's Task Force pickups have a forward leaning cab that just begs for a custom aggressive setup that has been highlight even further in this one. Those of 20-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels have the perfect mixture of matte and shine, just like the rest of this pickup. If you liked the hint of red on the outside, then you're going to love opening the door. The bench seat is covered in supple red leather, and it has individual bolstering for greater comfort. Plus, it has all the right luxury amenities like modern R134a air conditioning, full carpeting, and a retro style AM/FM stereo w/digital tuner. The best treats are reserved for the driver. You get a tall hot rod style gearshift. Plus, there's a grippy black and chrome steering wheel mounted on a tilt column. Beyond that is a full Equus backlit gauge package that keeps you fully informed on what's going on under the hood. Just like the exterior, the engine bay seems to have mastered the right balance of satin and polish. In fact, we wouldn't be surprised if this clean and tidy presentation could win you awards all on its own. But more than a looker, this is also a terrific power package. It's a 355 cubic-inch V8 that has been enhanced and fortified with aluminum heads, Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock hi-rise intake, fabricated aluminum valve covers, upgraded pulleys, and headers that feed a set of growling side pipes. This connects to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission that feeds a stout Ford 9-inch rear end. As you look at the undercarriage photos, you're going to see all the best suspension upgrades, including a Mustang II front end, tubular control arms, and a four-link rear. Plus, behind each wheel are adjustable coilovers and disc brakes. More than just a performer, this was an all-around thought build. For example, the rear end has highway-friendly gears, and there's a Champion aluminum radiator w/electric fans so you the truck stays cool even if you're in traffic with the A/C pumping. With so few miles and so many cool upgrades this is a true attention-grabber. So if you're quick enough to grab it, your dream machine can be a reality. Call now!
