1984 Chevrolet C-10 Restomod Additional Info:

This sharp looking 1984 Chevrolet C10 Restomod didn't go through just your ordinary build - it was reconfigured at the hands of restoration professional Mike McKee from the TV show Street Outlaws and comes complete with an extensive collection of build receipts as backup for the effort that went into it. Along with the high impact look it sports as the result, you'll also find an array of upgraded components to provide the versatility that will allow it to effortlessly... go from trusty daily driver to a very capable competitor at car shows. The attention grabbing power of this Chevy truck is obvious right away. It wears a deep red shade that draws you in, with a badgeless look that really lets the paint take center stage. Up front, new headlights look back at you from inside their fresh casings as they straddle an also new front grille that sits precisely level above the bumper. In back, the tailgate handle has been shaved and relocated inside for a great custom look and both the taillights and parking lights have been replaced entirely. The glass is nice and clear on all four sides of the cab and fresh-looking rubber seals surrounding the front and rear windshields. The featured Bell lowering kit provides an aggressive, lowered stance without going to such an extreme as to compromise drivability. A show-stopping, custom two-tone interior sits inside the doors, with a pair of new-looking buckets on either side of a custom center console that carries a subwoofer to team with the Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, an array of speakers and an Alpine amp to fill the cabin with sound. Dynamat has been added underneath the carpeting for heat and noise protection. In front of the matching two-tone Grant GT steering wheel sitting on its tilt column is a dash area that's been thoroughly reworked, with a set of white-faced Dakota gauges residing in a billet instrument panel and a new-looking dash pad above. There's plenty of functionality on hand here - the air conditioning system is blowing as cold as you could want, the gauges and control knobs are working properly and new motors have been added to both power windows so they're raising and lowering perfectly. The bed area in back is protected by a black, spray on liner. A collection of top tier components have been assembled to make this C10 an outstanding driver. The 5.3 liter V8 under the hood has been armed with aluminum heads, a Texas Speed cam and cold air induction, while a Holley fuel injection system sits on top to provide dependable cold weather starting and adjustability. The engine has logged only 2500 miles and is in top form, running smoothly and strong while sounding great as it sings into its Hooker headers leading out to a Flowmaster dual exhaust. It's paired with a 4-speed automatic 4L60E transmission and a 10 bolt 3.73 posi rear end. There's no shortage of eye candy on display inside the engine compartment -a custom chrome air conditioning compressor and water pump have been added to the mix, while a custom Ron Davis aluminum radiator sits up front, accompanied by twin fans to keep engine temperatures in check. Featured power steering makes navigating this classic truck a low-effort undertaking, while 4-wheel power brakes - with discs up front-provide fade free stopping ability as it cruises on its awesome looking black and polished aluminum American Racing wheels wearing Nitto tires. While there's no shortage of customized classic trucks, a skillfully and professionally assembled example like this 1984 Chevrolet C10 Restomod will always stand out from the crowd. Call today!
