This is a 1991 Chevy S10 regular cab short bed Tahoe edition pickup in dark red on red cloth interior.
It has it's original 72K mile 4.3 V6 engine and 700R automatic with O/D. Options are tilt wheel, cruise control, cold A/C and hot heat, tow hitch and wiring, as well as a bed liner, although I think that’s aftermarket. It also has an alpine receiver with Bluetooth phone connectivity and microphone for hands free calling. Everything works. It has near new Michelin tires and good brakes. Shocks are good as well. It has just passed the stringent California smog test with flying colors posting very low numbers. The wheels are optional 93-94 s10 blazer wheels. The lady didn’t remember him changing them but they were not an option on a ‘91 so he to have done when it was a couple years old. They are like new as well with no curb rash or big marks of any kind.
I recently bought this off the original owners wife as he had passed away about a year ago. It is a true California one owner, garaged, unmolested original truck which you just don’t find anymore!
The gentlemen lived in Pasadena and worked about three miles away at California Institute of Technology as it appears to have not had much driving other than to work and back given the mileage of only 72,218 (as of now). The truck is unbelievably well preserved! The man that owned it did all His own maintenance as there’s a two page ledger with everything he serviced on it up until he passed away last year. I’ll put a picture of these in the listing pics. It is not perfect and was driven and occasionally used as a truck. It’s always had a Bed liner and tailgate cover so I’d imagine it’s dent free underneath although I haven’t actually taken it out and looked. It has some nicks that have been touched up and a several dings here and there which I tried to take pictures of unsuccessfully. The truck was always garaged and shows that way! No cracks in the dash and sun bleaching or faded paint. The only part of the truck that appears to have been touched is the hood, although I don’t know why he had it painted (neither did his wife) as there’s no evidence of body work and the underneath side appears to be the original paint.
Obviously being from Southern California there is absolutely no signs of rust anywhere and underneath the truck shows untouched and attests to it being in a dry climate and always garaged.
I’m sure there are things I’ve missed so don’t hesitate to message me and I’ll answer whatever questions you have as best I can or send pics of specific areas if you want. Thank you and good luck bidding!

So the high bidder backed out as he said he had an unexpected home cost come up and can not afford to buy the truck now so please bid. I will not give the reserve price out but I can tell you it’s very reasonable for a truck this clean and original. As far as the autocheck mileage discrepancy goes, I have no idea where this is coming from. I cannot imagine it has ever had a mileage roll back. If you saw the truck in person you would know how nice, clean and honest it is. As stated above, it is not perfect, it was driven and used but obviously very well loved.Thank you and good luck bidding!
