1979 Camaro Z28 T-Top car. Body has never had rust or rust repair!!! Its an honest preserved older paint job car - that shows well - with tons of performance upgrades overall.
The paint is not perfect - there are a few small touch-ups and a few small dings on the car as I received it. It does show well overall as a good solid car that has never seen rust or any rust repair.
Approx. 15,000 miles on the car since complete mechanical restoration!!!!
Body was treated with POR 15 completely underneath, there has never been any rust in the floorpans. Subframe was also treated with POR15, all new bushings, ball joints, rod ends, steering box.
Complete Hotchkiss suspension kit including springs, steering rod ends, lowering spindles, and tubular upper A-arms.ZZ4 350 Cubic inch crate engine with a Holley 650 vacuum secondary carb, Edelbrock Victor Jr. Air gap intake, HEI distributor, aluminum valve covers, Hedman Ceramic coated headers, new X-pipe exhaust with chambered stainless steel mufflers, Be Cool radiator with electric fans, serpentine system, 2004R Bowtie Overdrive transmission, Moser limited slip rear end, Wilwood 4 wheel Disc Brakes and Master Cylinder, Boyd Billet wheels.
I have always kept the car garaged since restoration. I added autometer gauges, WS6 leather seats, a new windshield last very recently, and finishing up the air conditioning this week with a brand new a-coil, condenser, and compressor.Car drives excellent with mo vibrations going 80+ mph down the interstate. 70 mph, tach runs around 2,500 rpm. T-Tops are functional, and come with original bags. I just put new plugs and a cap on the car last year - fires right up, runs perfect, and would drive anywhere. The car is just about as clean underneath as it is on top.
