1966 Chevrolet C 50 Milk and Ice Cream Delivery Truck Project Refrigerated Carnation Delivery Van offered by Gas Monkey Garage *** NO RESERVE! *** Scroll down for the complete description and all 100 pics please. How cool is this? A fairly complete and original Carnation Milk Truck Project from 1966 that is complete with insulated rear box and what looks like most of the refrigeration components present (but completely untested!). There is even a smaller refrigerated box up in the...cab that may have been a freezer for ice cream? The truck has a steel cab and a fiberglass body that is in remarkably well preserved condition (see all pics) with really cool patina and remains of the original lettering still present. The rear box has a small area above the RR wheel opening that has a minor scraped area that should be easily repaired if you choose to (fiberglass) and there is a small dent in the LF side of the hood as well (see all 100 pics). The rear loading door and the pass-through door to the cab are solid and operate well, the side cabin doors are sticky and show some delamination (again should be easily repairable). The engine and drivetrain appear to complete and fairly original but are also untested (this truck hasn’t run in decades and is considered a project truck that will need complete mechanical restoration before attempting to start and there has been no assessment, nor will there be, to mechanical condition or completeness SOLD AS IS/WHERE IS). Underside pics pics reveal a fairly solid chassis with superficial rust present on most components. This truck does not run or drive and will need complete servicing if your wanting to use the engine and transmission in your truck project to ensure safety and reliability (due to our filming schedule, we can’t build it for you Sold as is/where is!) Clear Texas title in hand! If you’re looking for a fairly Original example of the 1966 Chevy C50 Milk/Ice Cream Truck, you won’t find a better example for your next project that is priced to sell! Suitable for a Classic Restoration Project, Hot Rod Project and Advertising or Promotional use or you decide! NO RESERVE!
