You can call this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro pro touring or a resto mod...Labels don't matter when you play at this premium level of modern fuel-injected power, performance suspension, A/C interior, and a seriously intimidating presence. If cars were actors, there would be no doubt that this one could play a super villain in every movie. The shiny jet black paint looks like it's out to consume all of the light around it. And the upgrade to hidden Rally Sport headlamps... makes the front end looks like it wants to inhale the road ahead. The mean attitude is continued on the front air dam, rear spoiler, and the power bulge of the cowl hood. This full deep, dark package is only broken up by mirror-like brightwork on the thin bumpers, custom taillight bezels, and the trim rings around the racing-grade 17-inch wheels. The full midnight package is continued with the custom black interior. You can tell there has been a solid investment here to make sure this Camaro means business. The Sparco bucket seats do a far superior job of keeping you planted during performance driving. Plus, the Momo steering wheel, performance shifter, and upgraded full gauge package do a terrific job of making this classic feel like a confident muscle machine. But more than just upgraded for performance, this is also a comfortable vintage ride. There are modern conveniences like the Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo, Rockford Fosgate speakers, power steering, and cold-blowing R134a air conditioning. While this custom Camaro has been impressive so far, we know your favorite upgrade is under the hood. This is a 6.2-liter LS3 fuel-injected V8. It's very cool to have this powerplant in this first-year Camaro, because it's the same V8 that helped the more modern Camaro SS re-claim its title as king of the streets. Easily making well over 400hp in most applications, this modern legend has been enhanced further with headers that feed a growling H-pipe dual exhaust. And this high-performance V8 and its thunderous soundtrack is firmly in your command thanks to the Tremec five-speed manual transmission. But it's more than just brute force that makes this coupe great. Take a look at the undercarriage photos. You'll notice a tubular A-arm front independent suspension from the masters at Ridetech. They are also responsible for the reinforced rear end, too. Plus, with adjustable coilovers, Baer drilled & slotted disc brakes, and grippy Nitto Extreme ZR tires at every corner, this is a classic Camaro capable of some very modern moves. This is the prestige of a first-year Camaro in a street-eating package that has the kind of comfort and control to leave you wanting for nothing. It's a vintage muscle car that does everything, including leave our showroom quickly, so you better call today!
