1968 Chevrolet Impala SS Additional Info:

Selling my numbers matching 1968 Impala SS fastback with 327 engine (number on engine pad is: 18L 115144) and turbo 400 transmission. True SS car with bucket seats, console horseshoe shifter etc. Runs great, has Edelbrockaluminum intake & 4bbl carburetor that was rebuilt a few months ago. This is a NO RESERVE auction! Bid to WIN & bid like you mean it!
It hasoriginal gold Dayton 14" wires, 2 pumps, 4 batteries (rack is set up for 8) and 10 switches. The 6 solenoids are high qualityAccumax units,front pump is heavy duty chrome unit & the rear pump I recently replaced with black Prestolite. If you prefer the chrome ones, I can order a new one & swap it out before you pick the car up.
I would not consider it a "show" car as it is my driver (mileage will increase a bit) & does have minor flaws from use. It has been a low rider for many years, early 90'sBay Area car & was painted '50's Cadillac pink then. Was repainted again 3 years ago & the interior was redone as well. Like most 50 year old vehicles, it could use a little TLC here & there, but overall, a great runner that's very presentable.
