1969 Chevy Factory K10 4x4 Step-Side Short Box Pickup
I found this pickup in the Idaho mountains, the fellow I bought it from owned the truck for 20+ years, he kept it maintained and drove it regularly. I’ve checked out all the major components, I have not checked every bulb and wire. This is a perfect truck for mild tinkering and enjoyment, or for partial or full restoration. Please watch the entire video, I go into more detail than can be articulated in this add. This is a factory built 4x4 short bed as indicated by “K” in the VIN number.

MECHANICAL
4 speed manual transmission, strong clutch, small block Chevy 350 with good oil pressure and compression, transfer case and 4x4 works great. I’ve driven the truck 30 miles with no complaints regarding the running gear.
BODY
Overall the body and frame are in good shape, there is typical rocker rust. Video shows it better, good tires. There are imperfections that you can see in the video and pictures.
I’ve restored dozens of 67-72 C10’s and K10’s, finding a factory 4x4 short bed is very hard these days, I get 7-8 long beds for every short bed. Much better to buy a factory example value and dependability wise, without chopping down a bed or trying to make a 2wd frame work with 4x4 components.
Other vehicles seen on the video coming to eBay. 1965 factory 4x4 carry-all (Original owner local nuclear plant with cool patina and “Atomic Energy Commission” still painted on the side) $5500, 1972 C10 hot rod factory short bed nice driver $18,000. 1972 GMC factory short bed 4x4 one of the nicest out there, almost done, 77k invested my cost, will be for sale at 55K firm.
I require a $1000 non-refundable deposit via PayPal immediately after auction conclusion, the rest cash in person or bank to bank wire transfer to my US Bank business account within 3 days closed auction only. I won’t deal with financing of any type, vehicle and title only leave my property after cleared payment in full. I have an excellent shipping broker whom I’ve worked with for years, I will pass on his info, quote for the buyer only. Thanks!
