You are bidding on a1978 Chevy K-30 1 Ton 4x4 Brush Truck Firetruck

This is a Pierce body fire truck that we customized for a television show.

The truck was in service in Connecticut before we purchased it and did the modifications. The truck has a small block Chevy 350 with 671 blower and Edelbrock dual carburetors. It also has a MSD ignition set up and 4.56 gears, Alcoa Wheels with 37 inch TSL Super Swamper tires. Four Wheel Parts installed the 8 inch lift kit, we also added a Federal Q Siren with brake, rear strobe light kit and other miscellaneous lights. The pump on the truck was working when we got it but I'm not sure if it is still operational. The truck runs great! There haven't been overheating problems because the radiator has been rebuilt and it has dual electric fans. This is a very cool truck!

Please Note: This is a 40 year old firetruck that was in service. It has dents, scratches, paint chips and rust in the usual places (at the bottom of the doors etc). The truck is being sold "AS IS". Overall the truck looks good. We took it to a car show recently and everybody loved it! Itwas one of the highlights of the show. If you are looking to attract attention for your business this could be a great way to do it, or just want to have one of the coolest toys in yourneighborhood!
