1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car Additional Info:

Original Pace Car - Documented by GM (See Photos). In good condition, runs, drives, very original. The car is originally from the west coast, where it spent all of its life until I bought it in Kelowna, BC. I purchased the vehicle in 2006 and drove it very little (nice days only) and always stored in the garage. The owner before me replaced the oyster leather interior. I installed a set of NOS oyster seat belts and the interior looks great.
NOTE: The speedometer and mileage is in Kilometers. The car has 84,800 kilometers which equals 52,700 miles.
About 6 years ago I had the rear end totally rebuilt by a Corvette specialist. I added a Viper alarm and it has a new top of the line battery that I do keep a battery tender on. I had the same garage go through the brakes and do a full check up 2 years ago when we relocated to a smaller home.
Power antenna doesn't go up or down. Horn not working. Headlights are lazy and I bought a set of replacement vacuum hoses but did not get around to replacing them (included with sale). I have also included an indoor car cover in silver. The original lettering for the pace car sides is included in a box. The original owner did not get them installed.
