1978 Corvette Pace Car L82/4-speed

1978 Chevrolet Corvette Pace Car Additional Info:

Very Rare 1978 Corvette Pace Car L82/4 spd., out of 6500+ pace car replicas produced, only 202 with this drive train combination were made. Car has 77K original miles has all options including special suspension and integrated CB in radio.

Car is a very good candidate for a partial or full restoration, but still can be driven and enjoyed as is.

I want to ensure there are no misrepresentations! What it needs/issues:

• Engine rebuild - Smokes until engine comes up to temp (rings), and small oil leak
• Bad quality repaint years ago (looks okay, but a 10 footer)
• Needs A/C compressor
• Driver side T-top has small crack in outer rear corner
• Pwr antenna not working (radio works)
• ...few other small misc. items (gas gage intermittent, gear wrong for speedometer - shows faster speed than actual, pass side door lock not working, no original jack).....but it's a 39 year old car that hasn't really been gone through at this point!

***obviously no warranty is implied and car is sold as is.

Do have original owners manual, copy of build sheet, original T-top covers (great shape!), new Optima Red-Top battery installed in April of this year, all lights work, headlights operate properly, shifts well, tires inexcellentshape w/lots of tread remaining

Love these cars and purchased this one approximately 3 years ago to sort out, but just don't have the time to work on it andI could really usethe additional garage space.Always garaged and has never seen rain during my ownership.
