1989 Chevrolet Blazer Additional Info:

It's easy to see why these trucks remain favorites with off-road fans. The chiseled good looks are obvious but there's so much more to a Blazer than just a pickup with a cap. The proportions are exactly right and when rendered in red and black, it's a high visibility piece of 4x4 hardware. The new shiny Victory Red paint is the only repaint the Blazer has had and the black bed liner top gives it a sleek, unified look that looks great. The new grille and headlight trim looks aggressive with new front and rear bumpers. This Blazer definitely has the "Right Look". The top is indeed removable and there is something special about a topless Blazer on a sunny day.

The engine is a new tried and true GM 350 cubic inch V8 with throttle body injection (TBI). The engine bay is shockingly clean. The engine is completely stock so it starts easily and runs smoothly with good torque and horsepower that moves the big truck without working hard. Backed by a recently serviced 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission the 4x4 actually does well on the highway. With the 2 speed transfer case it also has the hardware to crawl across tough terrain. Rolling on a set of blacked out aluminum American Racing Outlaw II wheels with brand new Goodyear Wrangler 31 x 10.5 x 15 tires make this a favorite long distance cruiser.

The gray interior sports original upholstery on the front and rear seats and a new dash pad with dash protector. The spare tire is the original spare that came with the Blazer in 1989 and has never seen the road. Features include power steering, power windows, tilt wheel, cruise control, A/C, AM/FM radio, power door locks, power rear window. All power windows and door locks work great for a 27 year old truck.

This has been a family owned vehicle and has never left the state of North Carolina.
