1971 Chevrolet C-10 Cheyenne Additional Info:
I bought the truck as-is in 2013 from Corvette Specialists in Beaumont, TX. The truck had the original 350 taken out at some point, and a 454 from an unknown donor dropped in. Previous owner also installed aftermarket Grant steering wheel and custom bench seat and door panels. The 454 was rebuilt later that year by Gary Watson Racing in Beaumont. To my knowledge, the transmission (3-speed automatic) and rear end are original. Gary Watson also ran it on a dyno, and I will include that, as well as all other paperwork pertaining to the truck. They also removed the behind-the-seat gas tank and installed a 19 gallon aluminum fuel cell in the bed. I had intended to make this into a hot rod, but circumstances have changed, and I'm no longer able to work on it.
