This '65 roadster underwent a complete restoration in 1999. The engine, transmission and clutch were rebuilt and are the original # matching engine and transmission (engine casting # 3782870 transmission casting # 3885010). Build date was June 7, 1965. It was always garage kept and was owned by a Airline Captain who recently passed away. We purchased it from his widow. Equipped with the 327/350 HP engine and 4 speed manual transmission as well as factory side pipes it is an excellent driver, starts instantly and has no fluid leaks. Documented Nassau Blue exterior with black leather seats. Other options include teak steering wheel, AM/FM radio, power antenna. Factory cast aluminum knock-off wheels including spare. Paint and chrome are in excellent condition.Convertible top and window are excellent.On the collector car scale of 1-5 with 1 being concourse, this Vette is a 2 TO 2-.
