1965 Chevrolet Corvair 500 Additional Info:

1965 Corvair pillarless 4 door. I am the the 4th owner and she has been my daily driver for the past two years. Very fun to drive, oesn't need much to be fully restoredPros:-year old powerglide transmission-new sparkplugs and sparkplugs wires-new mechanical fuel pump-all gauges work- carbs tuned and balanced a few months ago-new pioneer stereo head and speakers (easy to remove if need be)-all cylinders have great compression-idles well and shifts smoothly-has new rear wheel bearings-new tires-drum brakes recently inspected and cleaned- only has 101563 miles!-two duel tip exhausts that sound great-comes with original shop and owners manualCons:-cylinders need oil seals-minor surface rust behind wheel-well-moderate body damage to the hood and passenger side doors-Windows could use new seals-could use a new headliner and front seat vinyl-needs new paint job
