1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Additional Info:
Up for consideration is this 1969 Chevelle SS 396/402. I purchased this car from the original owners family. I have a clear Ohio title in my name. The car is overall very solid. It came red/red with a white vinyl top automatic on the column with a bench seat and AM radio. At some point way back the front fenders, hood and front seat were replaced. And the car was repainted. All of the SS badging is present inside and out except for the front fenders. It also has the kick down on the gas pedal ( pictured )There is a bracket welded to the frame and rear end on both sides, most likely was mounts for ladder bars. It does not have the original intake, carb or exhaust manifolds. Not sure if the transmission and rear end are original. The odometer says 47,431 miles ( Non-actual ). The protecto plate # is T0731JK. The block is stamped T073ICJK. The protecto plate also matches the vin number of course. The build sheet is pictured. It was under the rear seat. The car had been sitting in a garage since 1992 before I purchased it. I drained the gas and added a tune up. The car runs and drives but has some engine noise. Possibly a rod knock. I only ran the car long enough to make sure it would go into gear and stop. I drove it two doors down from my house to put it on my neighbors lift to take pictures. This car is a perfect candidate for an easy restoration or a summer driver. All of the lights and turn signals work other than the low beams. They come on with the high beams. This car is located in ZIP 44224. The buyer must arrange pick up and shipping. I have a bunch of pictures from all over the car. I will try to list them. If not, I can email them. Anyone is more than welcome to inspect the car as well. Just shoot me a text and set up a time (330) 322-7159. I also have pictures of the car from 1970 and 1972 I received from the family. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. I will answer the best I can. The car is being sold as is no warranty of any kind. A $500.00 paypal deposit is required within 24 hours and the balance is due within 7 days of the end of the auction. Check out the pictures and thanks for looking.
