1969 Corvette Convertible 427/400 tri-power 4 speed

1969 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Additional Info:

Up for auction is a 1969 Corvette Convertible 427/400hp tri-power Convertible project. Car is an original Daytona Yellow code 984 with a standard black interior. Corvette contains # matching 4 speed transmission and # matching block. There are several heads that don’t appear to be original to the car, however have the correct dates and part codes. Motor that is in car a 454 from a Chevelle, but all the bolt on components are off the original motor, Intake, carbs, alternator etc. Car is overall complete, with exception of some of the chrome trim, and grilles. Body appears to be in good shape sitting in a gray primer.

Car appears to have been off road for some time. At some point it looks as if the frame was replaced by someone not familiar with corvettes, as they put in an automatic transmission frame. Easy fix once body is removed from chassis.

Overall car is a great project and is ver complete. Only reason I am selling is I have too many in front of it. Currently sitting on a lift in my garage.
