1972 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 C/20 Additional Info:
I am selling a 1972 Chevy C/20 pickup that I purchased a couple of years ago and restored. I started with a real solid body with new cab corners and rockers. Painted it Celery green and white, and putall new wood and hardware in the bed. The truck is not a show truck but a nice weekend cruiser. It has a new rebuilt chevy 350 and a manual 4 speed that I believe is original to the truck. I am not sure how many miles are on the truck but the engine was rebuilt the year I bought it. The engine isout of a1974 truck. The interior is all original and the seat is perfect, with a new floor mat and dash pad. It has the original AM radio that isn't working and the gas gage only goes to 1/4 tank when full.As you can see from the pictures, it's a really nice looking truck, but as I stated, not a show truck. The inside and outside of the tailgate has some small dents and I left them for patina purposes.Heat, wipers, all the running lights work fine, tires are old but with good tread and I bought one newand replaced the one I thought had the least tread. All glass is good and original, seat belts, visors and pedals are good. The frame was solid with no issues so I just undercoated it and it looks shiny and black. I drove it to cruises here in Michigan this summer and it runs great but first gear is a creeper so I start off in second and it' goes perfect. It also has a manual choke if you drive it in cold weather. It has power brakes but no power steering. New bumpers.
