1972 Chevrolet Blazer Additional Info:

For sale is a 1972 Chevy K/5 Blazer. This thing is a perfect Southern California beach cruiser- it's a beast and absolute beautiful. Up front, the gasket is blown and I'd recommend to the buyer to do an engine rebuild (this is coming from a mechanic that recently inspected it and not my own personal opinion). She has a brand new carburetor, starter and battery. That being said, the buyer should plan to have her towed away and take her straight to a shop to start work on her. Other than that, she sits on 35" tires and turns heads wherever she goes and is an absolute blast to drive. She's been good to me for years, but I will deploy soon and don't have the time or resources to do right by her. Someone will be able to pick her up at a bargain price and customize her according to their tastes and apply whatever cosmetics they'd like. If you compare the asking price to similar year/condition K/5 Blazers, you can see it'll turn out a steal, even with completing an engine rebuild. Vehicle does not have a top, but that was never an issue in San Diego. Probably not an issue in the Southwest, West Coast, or if you keep her covered. Buyer needs to be able to pay off the balance within a week of the purchase and have a plan to move it as well. I can't and won't store her for you.

Serious inquiries only, please. The vehicle has sold twice on ebay only to have the buyer fall through when it came time to put actions to words. If you win the auction, have a plan. If you're out of state, understand shipping may be pretty pricey. Look into this before bidding or winning the auction. I've been burned on this a couple times. Also, I've had a lot of people contact me directly and make low ball offers during the auctions- that won't be entertained if it's not a serious offer. The car has tons of potential to be on level with Blazers going for 10k more with some engine work and a bit of cosmetics.

Good luck and thanks for looking!
