This is a 2 owner rust free 1955 Cadillac Deville. Previous owner has owned it since 1965. The car underwent a frame on restoration in 1988. The car had 103k miles at the time. It now has 123k miles. At that time it was repainted Mandan Red. The interior was redone gray vinyl and cloth. All the chrome was rechromed. The trim was restored. The side glass and weatherstripping was replaced at that time. The front and rear windshields are still original. The original 5.4l 331 engine was rebuilt along with the original hydra-matic automatic transmission. So they both now have around 20k miles on the rebuilt. The car runs and drives good. Has factory power steering and power brakes. Also has some nice factory options such as power windows, power seat, autronic eye, wonderbar radio, automatic windshield sprayers. Everything works except the wipers, radio needs a new speaker, the passenger door window occasionally does not roll up or down. All gauges, and lights, ect work. The original Carter carburetor and air cleaner was replaced a few years ago with an EDELBROCK carburetor and chrome air cleaner. I’m including the original carburetor and air cleaner along with some more miscellaneous parts for the car. Has a new battery. An electric fan was added for driving in the hotter days. The car is a nice driver quality car not a show car. Definitely could use a new paint job. Other than that the car is very nice.
